Neal Frankle

For over 25 years, Neal grew a successful financial planning practice through perfecting client introduction strategies, developing strong Center of Influence relationships and crafting water-tight client service processes.

He built a well-followed blog and  Youtube channel.  In addition, he wrote 2 financial planning books and has hundreds of articles published in Forbes, Huffington Post, the New York Times, L.A. Times, Investors Business Daily, Yahoo!  Finance, and others.

He’s also helped numerous small to mid-sized advisory firms (from one person shops to those having up to 15 advisors) grow AUM, deliver world-class customer experiences and implement smooth operating systems.

As part of AUM Sales Manager, Neal will work with you to clarify your firm’s goals and then spend time with your advisors to align their personal goals with the firm’s mission.  He will then make sure your advisors have the tools they need to achieve these goals and make sure they stay on track.

Neal is always supportive and encouraging – but he’s not afraid to be direct when he thinks the team can do better. During the decades he spent managing his own practice (7 years of which were done remotely when Neal moved overseas) he believes in detailed and practical communication rather than talking in generalities.

Neal will spend the time to understand your current situation and suggest specific steps to help you get the results you want faster and more efficiently.  He and the AUM Sales Manager team are also available to actually implement the tools he suggests customizing them to your specific needs.  His mission is to keep you effective, efficient, organized and accountable to keep you moving forward.

Larry Klein

Larry Klein was a million-dollar producer at Prudential Securities. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and over 30,000 financial advisors have used his marketing systems to rapidly gain clients.

His articles on marketing for financial advisors have appeared in Registered Rep, Advisor Today, On Wall Street, National Underwriter, Life Insurance Selling, Agent Sales Journal, Ticker, Research and others.
He has spoken at major industry conferences such as MDRT, the Charles Schwab Advisor Conference, and NAIFA conferences.
Larry is the author four books including Marketing Financial Services to Seniors. He consults to advisors, financial services institutions and companies that serve the financial advisor market.
